Returns and Exchange Policy

  • We only accept returns/replacements if their original packaging is not damaged and not opened.
  • In case of the item being defective, not as described, missing accessories, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements in a valid & acceptable case.
  • In case you received a defective or different product than you have ordered, kindly send the image of the product at 9801100888 (Whatsapp) or email to info@maverick.com.np , We will verify the issue. Free return or exchange, whichever fits the situation, you will be notified within 24 hours.
  • Return is only accepted if the product delivered is not as you have ordered or the product is damaged.
  • A refund shall be done in case of return is acceptable.
  • Reporting after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted in the return policy.
  • Refunds will only be possible through bank deposits or e-Sewa transfer. In other cases, you can either opt for an exchange or contact 9801100888 for more information.
  • Refunds may take up to seven working days.


Delivery Methods & Policy

  • We deliver inside Kathmandu and outside Kathmandu.
  • Delivery inside Kathmandu is completed within 48 hours and delivery time for outside Kathmandu depends on availability of third-party courier service.
  • Delivery charges are applicable as mentioned during checkout.


Payment Options

  • Cash On Delivery is valid only within Kathmandu
  • Payment options for orders outside Kathmandu are; Bank Deposit, Esewa Transfer and debit/credit card payment on checkout.
